Flexible working is part of who we are at Cisco and we truly believe that our culture of flexibility plays a big part in our success.  Its not a ‘one size fits all’ approach and our flexibility really does change depending on the needs of the person.  Flexible working comes in many forms and we have a flexible attitude to how, when and where our people work and that includes working from home.

The company not only allows working from home, it fully embraces it. It is not frowned upon, you don't get hints that working from home is not real working, none of that. The company measures your performance, not your office attendance. Depending on your role, you don't ever have to go to the office, unless you want to.

You are able to get a CVO (Cisco Virtual Office) which makes it pretty much like being in the office. Other tools make this easier namely Webex, Jabber, Spark etc. One of the best things about working at Cisco. Usually WFH 2 days a week, ensuring most of the time I'm in for important meetings etc. Accepted on the whole as long as work of good quality is getting done
