The best thing is that you will get your benefits package shortly while you are onboarding. There is nothing about the downside of the benefits package.
The company pays a good percentage into your pension and there are a number of flexors benefits which is quite useful
Pension, Holidays, Flexible working, Canary wharf location, Bonus, Sick pay, Life insurance etc ..
Bonuses are overhyped, pay rises are hard to come by. Pension is decent.
