    Best - maternity and paternity benefits. Pension contributions at 7.5% basic with vol contribution matching. Not great amount of annual leave compared to local market competitors.

    Good pension contributions (at least 7.5% + additional matching contributions of 4%) and wide range of benefits available via Salary Sacrifice, including Cycle2Work. Holiday allowance ok (26 days after a few years of service. Canary Wharf offices have an on site gym (Nuffield Health) and restaurant with wide selection of food. Staff discounts available on a wide variety of retailers via a third party website.
