It is very anonymous. Two people at the same rank, same job title, same years of experience, same location, same team - could have different salaries. It depends on how you negotiated. Also, once you are an insider, the salaries usually do not rise. The only chance of salary increase within Citi is if you go outside and get a job offer with a better pay. Citi may then consider trying to match it.
