Pretty standard company perks (season ticket loan, private medical insurance, maternal/ paternal leave, training course allowance, company gym etc.)
Working with one of the world's largest banks lets you team up with people from so many different backgrounds and fields of expertise.
Nothing extra, standard medical insurance and number of holidays.
Comprehensive package which is based on market standard
Good health insurance (UK), private pension contribution
Flexible and choice No worst
Not really much benefits for a placement analyst, not even comparable to an intern
Private health care with bupa and wide variety of providers in belfast. Normally get 5 sessions so drawback is if you require more.
Decent basic pay few other incentives
It is very anonymous. Two people at the same rank, same job title, same years of experience, same location, same team - could have different salaries. It depends on how you negotiated. Also, once you are an insider, the salaries usually do not rise. The only chance of salary increase within Citi is if you go outside and get a job offer with a better pay. Citi may then consider trying to match it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
