Employer Summary

Bounty bonus scheme
We also offer a bounty bonus scheme whereby if you recommend a friend to apply for a position and they are offered the role then you will receive a bonus when they join the company and the second part of the bonus once they have successfully completed their probation.

Life assurance
On joining Civica, you are automatically covered for 4x your salary in the event of death whilst in service. You can complete an expression of wish form as part of the new starter process or update your profile on BenPal.

Private Health Insurance (PHI)
You will be automatically covered for Private Health Insurance and should you suffer a long term illness whilst employed with Civica, you will receive, after 6 months absence, 75% of your salary minus state benefits.

Pension
Civica will match your pension contribution up to 5%. Please refer to your contract of employment for more information or visit BenPal.

Critical illness cover
Should you be diagnosed with a critical illness, you will receive a one-off, tax free, lump-sum payment of £25,000. This lump sum can then be used as you please, from making adaptations to your home, taking time off to care for a loved one or taking a well-deserved holiday.
