‘Can depend on which team you are apart of, however almost all managers are understanding and generous with sick pay.’
Private health care, buy additional holidays
Pretty competetive I would say so nothing to complain about
Wide variety of benefits including performance based bonuses in the form of high street vouchers. Health insurance also includes mental health sessions which is great. Only downside is that claiming health benefits can be fairly lengthy admin process but it does happen if you persist.
Ability to buy up to 10 days additional leave.
Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?
The overall benefits were great.
Good holidays (25 + stats) with great flexibility for taking time as you need it. Many other opt-in schemes available such as cycle-to-work and dental coverage.
Good salary with future planning/progression included, great additional benefits (car allowance, private healthcare), really good optional benefits available.
Great sickness policy and support for ongoing long term illnesses, and support for staff to maintain work/life balance when facing health challenges along with counselling if needed
Good benefits offered, increasing with long service
Not a bad portfolio of benefits.
