‘50% off, which is really the best thing about working in that store ’
Great staff discount and incentive programmes.
Heavy work load but 50% off
Below average pay and very few benefits
Wasn't really there long enough to experience any of the benefits package. They were okay about time off, perhaps too okay as some people manipulated their time off.
Claires is a badly run company who don’t appreciate they’re staff. I was a supervisor and the store I worked at had no assistant manager so I had a lot of responsibility as a supervisor. As I was still under 21 I was on minimum wage which at that time was £5.30 an hour. And as a supervisor, was in charge of running the store on managers days off and when on holiday. So with all that extra responsibility yet being on the same wage as a sales who had none of the responsibility. The store was also always understaffed and were expected to loan trade majority of the time working there.
There is nothing really in the way of a benefits package. While working there my manager complained that I couldn't come in with a broken leg, even though medical evidence was provided.
50% off and the ear piercing training is a lot of fun. The rate of pay and hours are awful and it making me consider handing my resignation letter in.
Pension is run by a sales are company, other bonus is 10% of what the manager gets at the end of the month/quarter depending on if the shop is up on target which is 10% on top of last year's figures.
you can work to a monthly bonus provided u hit a certain percent of target that equates to what your bonus will be per month worst thing is having to deal with constant staff shortages long hours covering other stores overworked and no thanks given
Il y a très peu d'avantages chez Claire's hormis les 50% de réduction en magasin et sur le site internet il n'y a pas de mutuelle pas de CE.
