‘No major setup allowance, but I don't expect that anyway. Most people work from home whenever they wish to.’
Flexible and Open Benefits Package, Unlimited Holiday that is Real, could do be a better "benefits portal" the new one isnt as good as the old one
Unlimited holiday, AXA health, optional dental. Discounts on gyms
Great flexible working scheme with unlimited annual leave and 3 months work from anywhere. The health insurance is great but could be better. Pension package could also be improved.
Best: Overall flexibility. This is a nice place to work, from uncapped holiday to flexible working, to no questions asked if you need time off for personal reasons. Worst: Pension contributions are inline with a company of this size and profitability level, but perhaps a few percent off the market leaders now.
