Great office benefits and perks such as Cloudy lunches every Friday with a selection of restaurants to choose from. In addition, office snacks and beverages are available, and the office environment really tries to cater for all.

Uncapped holiday Remote working Horrible pension benefits Horrible life insurance options No workers compensation No maternity leave, other than what is granted by local authorities

None of these benefits are accurate - I would give the benefits package a minus if i could. Blackstone ripped through the benefits package - no spot bonus, no commuter travel scheme, no gym, no vendor discount scheme, quarterlies in a secret location aren't a thing and is marketing brainwashing. Don't drink the Kool-Aid, this is a benefits bereft organisation for all but the execs.

Be aware that everything about the benefits on this page is completely inaccurate. There is no gym membership or health insurance offered (they will only contribute to health insurance if you pay the majority). There is no stock options, performance bonuses or anything of the sort. Spot bonuses were actually removed without communication to employees.

Super low compensation, super low pension, no health insurance, poor maternity leave etc. If you are lucky enough to be allowed to take advantage of unlimited holiday, you might consider things differently.

Best: Unlimited Holidays Worst: Lack of clarity of what's in / out and planned to come down the line.

Loads of food-related perks...! Cloudy Lunch every friday, everyone gets free pizza in the office when a new person starts, loads of free snacks and things....! However, it'd be nice to see some slightly less tangible things, like healthcare / dental cover, life insurance, and other similar benefits.

Good: Uncapped Holiday, Cloudy lunch on Fridays, Work from Cloudreach on Fridays, Relaxed Office Bad: Health Care terrible, Annual Pay/bonus structure is now very corporate, Short sick pay period

being billable means uncapped holidays are not as good as they should be & flexitime/flexible working does not appear to be offered. comes across as very inflexible despite the marketing.
