Loads of food-related perks...! Cloudy Lunch every friday, everyone gets free pizza in the office when a new person starts, loads of free snacks and things....! However, it'd be nice to see some slightly less tangible things, like healthcare / dental cover, life insurance, and other similar benefits.
Good: Uncapped Holiday, Cloudy lunch on Fridays, Work from Cloudreach on Fridays, Relaxed Office Bad: Health Care terrible, Annual Pay/bonus structure is now very corporate, Short sick pay period
being billable means uncapped holidays are not as good as they should be & flexitime/flexible working does not appear to be offered. comes across as very inflexible despite the marketing.
After 3 months of probation period you have access to almost of the perks. Although last week was announced that you don't have to wait until the end of the probation period to get some benefits
- Unlimited Holidays (You will prefer a generous number if you are a Customer facing) - Birthday Holiday - Childcare Vouchers - Annual Travel Loan - Pension Scheme (3 % company contribution) - Very meagre Health Insurance - Access to purchase scheme - No life insurance or disability income protection at start of work - Majority of benefits can only be accessed after passing probation
Uncapped holidays is great Pension and healthcare are poor / average
Amazing perks including free Cloudy Lunch every Friday, unlimited holidays and quarterly trips abroad.
You get a macbook, phone and large screen at work. The best thing from my point of view are the unlimited holidays, and the flexibility you have to not to be constrained by 25 days
Most of the benefits listed are applicable to the UK office only. Additionally it is stated above that you will be fully covered for business and personal trips. Really, personal trips? The reality is that you can't even expense your lunch when away on a business trip. Uncapped holidays and macbook/phone are great, but needs to add something to promote health and wellbeing such as a gym membership, yoga classes and smoothies instead of unhealthy habits such as free soda, chips and beer.
Limited benefits (pension, health insurance, no training budget, some free food). Bonuses are a myth, nobody has been receiving them.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
