Nothing out of the ordinary
Unlimited holidays, great pension and private health insurance
Salary is below market average, but uncapped holiday and culture is good. Pension is poor, and health insurance is salary sacrifice rather than an explicit benefit (although, it’s pre-tax)
Pretty basic. The health insurance it's not even free as you need to pay for it. Pension contribution is marginally higher than the legal minimum. The best thing is how flexible the working hours can be.
Benefits are minimal. The best one is still uncapped holidays but managers pressure you not to make use of this.
Free lunch on Fridays, nice office, nice people
Very good benefits package. Great office flexible working, snacks, once a week lunches. Not stable.
