Due to working hours you could be reasonably flexible with shift patterns.
There's enough staffs to cover you in need
They are flexible but when they need your hours they give you overtime without asking
Senior staff members were extremely understanding of other commitments if you needed to move shifts around. So long as you worked your contracted hours or alternatively booked holiday time, they were very helpful in fitting shifts around you.
