Good benefit package. A shame health insurance was only for managers and above. For employees under that have to pay for themselves, but if you are a manager they pay for yourself AND your family. Not fair at all. Should be all employees instead.

There are no perks of working for the company, no free drinks (which everyone asks you about). The benefits package as a whole is actually pretty good with plenty of high street discounts, Merlin Discounts on tickets and annual passes, Apple Discount, private Dental and Healthcare insurance, Life Assurance, Critical illness cover, cycle to work scheme, buy/sell holidays up to 5 days and a few more.

25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, pension is good as the company adds to it. Some teams have flexible work, but depends on manager. Private health insurance is not as good, quite expensive. Only free for managers and above (including their family members!) which I find unfair.

CCEP provide generous benefits to employees, in my 2 month internship there they covered all transport costs, provided me with a work laptop and phone, offered a company car if i needed it. The offices are fab also, all free coca cola products and coffees and had a Nuffield gym onsite for employees. I wasn't there long enough to know about the full pension scheme.
