Better than average benefits and salary package
Good benefit package. A shame health insurance was only for managers and above. For employees under that have to pay for themselves, but if you are a manager they pay for yourself AND your family. Not fair at all. Should be all employees instead.
I have not used many of them during my time but the range offered was excellent
There are no perks of working for the company, no free drinks (which everyone asks you about). The benefits package as a whole is actually pretty good with plenty of high street discounts, Merlin Discounts on tickets and annual passes, Apple Discount, private Dental and Healthcare insurance, Life Assurance, Critical illness cover, cycle to work scheme, buy/sell holidays up to 5 days and a few more.
Very decent package including car, private health benefits, flexible benefits and annual bonus.
