In Germany health insurance is always covered by the employer, so that isn't a benefit. You get the minimum of vacation days and when I was working there, there was no minimum wage. There were no benefits at the time.

Benefits are fruits and vegetables in big dirty boxes place on the floor. There is not even coffee and tee most of the time. If somebody gets their full salary is happy, there are no bonuses.
