‘They demand is back if you are off to long. even though theres no logical way you could repay this.’
‘You have to pay a lot for this. I found it cheaper via the web- so there is no benefit!!!’
The best benefit is having the ability to take part in a share save scheme and buy shares at a reduced price
They do cover basic benefits such us sick pay etc. As far as benefits bracket, that always depends on the rank your in...
Salary and bonus comparable to market, flexible benefits scheme nothing to write home about, no different to any other employer.
Basically they will give you nothing and take everything from you.
Company car good discount scheme
25 days holiday, you can purchase more days but cannot take more than 30 days in any one year. Company will match pensions contributions up to 5%. 10 days sick pay in anyone one year before going onto statutory minimums.
My Perks, pension, company car
great commission scheme but pension contributions could be higher
Offers a full package of benefits, nicely packaged, covering health, dental, cars, the worst thing is having to check if it is a true cost-benefit by comparing the market.
All the “benefits” with the exception of permanent health insurance & life cover, cost you money. In fact the healthcare insurance is more expensive than the market! So shop around!! Also you can only choose annually in March , so if you start in May you have to wait 10 months !! Sick pay is very poor -3 weeks then your on SSP.
