Concentra leverage a number of benefit providers to offer a great set of perks for a young, small growing company
Mostly things you would expect at a London corporate - private health care, pension, life insurance Free breakfast (eggs, avocado, toast) Also with statutory leave and maternity/paternity. No dental. No formal professional development budgets. No volunteer time off. No company cars. Bit better than average, I'd say but nothing stand out.
Well rounded set of benefits. Matched pension (currently upto 5%), medical insurance, bike to work scheme, gym discount (50%). Cycle to work scheme, a great number of discounted sport and social activities (yoga, running, cooking, etc). Friday drinks in the office (Yes we have beer taps, wine and soft drinks), sometimes free lunches, everyday free breakfast, and a barista style coffee machine.
The benefits package is terrific and HR are still working to make it better!
