the tips are the best thing. if you do a good job your earning potential with tips is HUGE!
You get free eye checks, pension scheme (wouldn't trust it) and private healthcare that you need to pay for. The maternity policy is a joke. You only get six weeks at 90% pay and then 26 weeks at statutory minimum which equates to roughly £140 per week. Flexible working is only reserved for management. If you do ask you're treated like you've asked for the world. Travel discounts are ok, but have to be agreed by MD, and of course good discounts reserved for favourites.
There is none... for Trip Managers... as you are a contracter, you do not get paid for the days you do not work. You don’t even get paid for the training that is a REQUIREMENT each season. Instead you have to pay for your flights to
