Days off are good and they allow you fair working hours. Not bad environment for any age of employee.

There was a reward system if costa check went well, although the rewards weren't that big. Progression of being a Barista Maestro was nice, although the pay rise was minimal. Having worked in three separate Costas, the team can be either good or bad depending on where you work. The place can be really busy so its good if you like to work on your feet. Don't work there too long, its hard on the body after a while.
