Sick paid leave after 3 days
Sick pay after first 3 days unpaid, Death in service x2 your wage, You can apply for flexible working after 26 weeks service, 20 days annual leave which is statutory. To be honest there is not much in terms of benefits, Creative support do not consider employee engagement to be important.
Currently earning nontaxable rate, however small amount of the wages goes towards NIn and pension. However, was promised a bonus when completing NVQ Level 2 and 3 but never received any.
No training rota not the best
No real benefits, they dont reimburse additional costs even when they say they do.
We could access support from Heath Assured for emotional issues but I would not advise anyone to have any involvement with Health Assured. They are a terrible organisation who are not interested in you but are interested in Creative Supports agenda; after all that's who is paying them. They are not on your side! We could get a few discounts at shops but these were tiny rendering them virtually useless. There are pretty much no decent benefits related to working for this company. You are supposed to receive a £100 bonus for passing your probation but I only know of one person who got it. AVOID CREATIVE SUPPORT AT ALL COSTS. PLEASE!!!!!
There are no benefits for working at creative support
Company boasts about the benefits, seeking them out online is very hard and after 3 years still never found any.
Some staff are quite poorly paid. Support workers generally but that's across the whole sector, not just this company. Junior admin staff get paid badly for a lot of work and responsibility.
They pay full holiday pay, My Mum is terminally ill and I was offered compassionate leave, I did not use this however it was nice to get the offer. They have a benefit package which includes a 24 hour advice line, this really is a work place of choice.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
