Excellent Pension scheme, overall a very handsome benefits package, with something in it for everyone
Non contributory pension was decent (at about 20%). Health care included. Ability to buy and sell holidays.
Very generous benefits, in particular the company pension but also great life insurance for self and also partner (at a discounted cost). Private medical insurance for direct family and option to buy additional days holiday.
Best thing was the dental insurance which was with BUPA. This allowed me to go in for a yearly dental health check and clean for free
one of the best benefits, including subsidised gym
Pension package is the best on offer.
good health insurance, salary package and bonus
Good work life balance, friendly environment, good pension; Lack of growth, long wait time for promotion, lower bonus compared to US banks
Complicated system regarding pension plan and health insurance and difficult communication with HR/benefits team. There is hardly ever a person in London who speaks good English and can advise on benefits, Employees often have to contact HR hub in India via raising an incident ticket. This is time consuming and highly frustrating due to quality of service and response times. The best about the benefits is that that are average i.e. not much worse than elsewhere in the industry.
Same package as other finance institutions
