Very good flexible working arrangements and good pension
Complicated system regarding pension plan and health insurance and difficult communication with HR/benefits team. There is hardly ever a person in London who speaks good English and can advise on benefits, Employees often have to contact HR hub in India via raising an incident ticket. This is time consuming and highly frustrating due to quality of service and response times. The best about the benefits is that that are average i.e. not much worse than elsewhere in the industry.
At par rather even little better than other banks on the street.
Very generous pension contribution package
There were no benefits package for interns unfortunately. Full time employees receive benefits packages. Good leisure center within the building that was discounted for employees.
Good pension 13% of salary Salary is very flat
Good work life balance, good benefits (dental insurance, pension, etc.), great gym in the same building.
Good company good culture in
Good pension contribution. Cheap gym membership, canteen food is ok and not too expensive for CW.
Same package as other finance institutions
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
