benefits were great, work hours flexible
The pension scheme is competitive but the overall salary was not
Cycle to work scheme - get a bicycle of your choice and pay monthly out of your salary. Work related bonuses are few and far between. If any at all.
Childcare vouchers and employee discounts with major retailers are available. Flexible working is a standard for most roles. Commitment to training staff.
CPS benefits - % off items and holidays and experiences emailed to you - a little like wowcher/groupon. Good overtime pay rates, travel is also paid for when you do overtime.
It came with a pension. Holidays that due to massive competition you were rarely allowed to take at a convenient time. It was supposed to have flexible work practices but you had to mount a massive and sustained campaign to be able to utilise them. As they cut staff their treatment of those they retained worsened. There was a culture of over work, bullying and lack of respect.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
