Cvent offers amazing benefits and reviews and enhances these every year. The benefit package ranges from EAP over Health care to various Perks. Cvent definitely cares about the employees!
free snacks everyday, nothing to tell, they give you the option to work from home
Been with Cvent for 3+ years, and benefits have been steadily getting better each year.
Good benefits! Everything is covered as in what you would expect.
Salary is not bad but the company doesn't have real benefits as in "paying for your travel" or "paying for courses for career development". by the way, many the benefits represented here below in my country UK are a right and conceded by law; they are not benefits
Heavily old-school American-centric take towards benefits so expect the bare minimum - surprising as the company vaunts itself as progressive and clearly aims to be up there with the big Software giants in the business. Pension Scheme - expect the absolute legal minimum required by the company which came on the the very last day of the deadline. If you want this you will be required to top from your own pocket as well. Companies I've worked for previously paid out 6 and 12% respectively so this is pretty poor in comparison. Sick Leave - Typical US structure, 3 sick days paid - after that youl will need to go into your time off! You basically can't event catch the flu. Private Healthcare - On par with their US counterpart but not Dental (which is offered to USA colleagues) Standard 25 days off per year + option to buy or sell 5 Some membership/shopping offers provided through a 3rd Party No Season Ticket Loan or Bike to Work Scheme No Corporate Phones or Credit Card - If you are below VP and have any kind of onsite/sales role which will require travel, expect to have a backlog of a few hundred pounds in expenses on any given month (and if you notice any errors expect to wait an additional month for it to be rectified) You will also be expected to answer client calls domestic and international on your personal phone.
International onboarding program. best for fresh graduate
