Best thing about working here is the diversity of customers working environment. You get to work with several different technology so it’s never boring. Good collaboration amongst the team. The worst thing is that there’s been no increase in pay for several years. No performance related bonus. No structured training unless you ask for it. Not one word on BLM because they are mostly up north so it’s as if they do not see what’s happening in the South
