The company does offer so good perks e.g. gym membership, discounts at Merlin entertainments, discount on private healthcare, however I do not feel like any of this is unique to Danwood as most employees offer gym membership and merlin are always giving away 2-4-1 vouchers. Also after 5 years at Danwood your holiday allowance increases but then doesn't increase again until after 15 year?? All employees are on the pension, however this was made mandatory by the Government and the contribution made by Danwood isn't great.
