One of the better benefits on offer is the up to 25% off discount staff can get, even on Sale items, which helps a lot.
I was a sales advisor for Debenhams. I was tasked with stocking and restocking items on the shop floor, making sure the shop floor was clean and tidy, as well as visually appealing. I emptied trollies and regular deliveries full of stock items such as men’s and women’s gifts and clothes, food and drink items and made sure any clothing were sent to the correct till point. I ensured to the customers I was readily available to help, developing communication skills and becoming an active listener. I was till trained immediately and spent a vast amount of time on the tills and serving customers, recognising the important attributes needed for any till advisor, such as being friendly, approachable and knowing my stuff.
Flexible reward to spend on benefits or add to salary
25% discount on own bought product but not concessions
There are no staff benefits. The staff discount is very low, and you must apply for a discount card which acts as a top-up card which is very inconvenient. Alternatively you must have the store (credit) account card.
Rubbish company don’t work for them they just make you do stuff
Not many benefits at all
You get 20% Discount year round
They give staff a 20% discount in store they also give us preferential rates in travel money they also have ride to work schemes and some health and marriage insurance . They offer us sick pay
There is only 10% discount and must have debenhams employer card to show so no benefits for family. And can only use it when purchasing something using debenhams voucher card so you have to put money/credit on that first and you can not take money out of it. And have to pay full price on the card. So can not split between cash and voucher card or normal debit cards.
