Good discounts for cinema and some restaurants. have to apply for store credit card to get a discount in store, or a staff gift card.

20% discount on most products, in store only however. Debenhams also operates a "perks-at-work" website, which gives cashback on many popular online stores and employer discounts, including Samsung and Apple.

There's nothing to add for bonus because there is none. There's nothing in your pay for getting accounts but for the managers yes off the back of the hard work of employees. The staff discount is now only given if you use a company credit card, meaning there's not really a discount at all. Not just that but the company CEO is full of ideas that for this type of business are questionable, he comes from Amazon and look at the way Amazon treats their staff, he's cutting jobs and introducing zero hours contracts for new starters. There's no pensions for part time money and zero hours and he's making changes to the selling point of the company which is British designers at Debenhams. Well lets say he has ideas about changing this.
