Trying to take holiday due to Suza of Team
best thing was probably holidays available. one of the only thing to be industry standard or more. worst is pay as its below market and also senior manager is more concerned about politics rather than showing empathy and caring about workers.
few benefits as far as i can remember except staff discount
The best thing was the employee discount, there were also opportunities to earn rewards by selling store credit cards through a bonus points scheme. Enough points would earn a reward such as bottle of wine, giftcards and chocolates
I wasn't able to receive any benefits due to working a temporary role, I wasn't there long enough past probation.
There was No private healthcare and no pension, holiday was minimum amount. Good over time pay.
20% discount for all staff via the POS card, can be added on top of sales which makes it great.
Employee Discount was good, 10-20% off most items including sale
Best thing is you get 50% off in the restraint ensuring a cheap lunch. However you can not use discount that easily
Offered a 25% staff discount through the Debenhams credit card but this was only received after 6 months of working with the company, therefore there were no benefits for temporary christmas staff.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
