Good: Flexible working hours, work remotely, 10% pension contribution, £50 per month to spend on sports and health, BUPA medical and dental plan, work lockers and showers for those running during lunch time or bike to work. Bad: No bonus scheme or profit/equity related share. No long-term incentives. Most workers on one month notice period.
