Work hard, but from where suits. Considerate of flexible working arrangements including extended leave, longer days / shorter weeks etc.
You can work from any office, you can choose how to do your hours as a manager.
Flexible working is championed at Deloitte.
Does not provide flexible working hours. You have to be in office from 9 to 5 every day of the week.
The best thing is that they give you flexible working options that are tailored to your own needs which is very helpful and good

Very good approach to flexible working
Deloitte have recently had a huge push for agile working for employees. In my experience, I have had only positive experiences for flexible working when needed. The firm are very open to flexible working and, majority, of colleagues / employees are supportive of this set up. Only occasionally have I heard of some managers / team leaders suggesting someone should be in the office instead of home.
You have flexible working because you are expected to work a lot - at all hours, means you need flexibility just to deliver
Some members of Leadership understand the meaning of it, some don't and actively discourage it
