Health insurance dental vision insurance
Sick pay, annual leave, maternity leave, civil service pension, job security. Lack of career progression, pay freeze, lack of salary increase, low salary compared to same positions in private sector.
Standard holidays and time off. No other perks that I recall.
Great pension, leave ok and increases each year, small pay rewards available in line with exceptional pieces of work and performance rewards
