Great benefits that cover pension, private health insurance, employee share scheme, insurance if you are no longer able to work, the possibility to work from home and 30 holidays.
Given the hard times the company is facing currently the fixed pay package isn't growing with time and also the bonuses have been next to nothing.
They have generous benefits for pension, medical, 30 annual leave days. Salaries should be on par with market rate if you are a new employee.
Private health for family, option to buy extra days leave, childcare vouchers perks such as Bike to Work scheme and the standard Xexec stuff
Excellent benefits including BUPA, dentist care, discounts and many more
Bonuses given are very low and the potential performance awards are rare and very political.
Good well rounded My Flex benefits where you can Mix & Match the benefits based on your situation.
Deutsche Bank was a great company to work for. Very good people, excellent benefits similar to other banks but their pension benefits are much higher than others, around 20% depending on age. Also 30days annual leave in the UK which is one of the best. Unfortunately due to poor performance and profitability of the firm al to of people were let go or feel insecure. Having said that there is no security in any job or company.
good overall package for health insurance, pension, dental, discounts and lots more. no real down sides for their benefits
Reasonable benefits for a bank
