Pension is very good especially when over 40. BUPA medical care is first class.
Part of the benefits package is dependent on what you decide to opt in each year or when a life cycle event happens. Benefits include private health care, for which you can add certain family members when you top up, dental insurance, buy extra holidays, flexible working (you will need to request for this and it will depend on what reasons are put forward).
Great range of flexible benefits - excellent age-related company pension contributions
Many company perks, private heath insurance, good holiday leave and all round good facilities within the office itself. Great place.
Overall it's a good package. There is an annual window to select benefits and options to suit the individual.
best pension contribution - worst is flexible working
As a contract worker you ar not entitled to any perks or benefits as a standard
All the perks you would expect from a bank in the City. Decent pay, medical, life assurance, etc. etc. The best perk must be pension. Although it’s DC only for newer staff, they contribute up to 25% of annual salary (capped at a fixed amount for the purpose of calculating pension to prevent exceeding AA), depending on your age.
Great benefits that cover pension, private health insurance, employee share scheme, insurance if you are no longer able to work, the possibility to work from home and 30 holidays.
Given the hard times the company is facing currently the fixed pay package isn't growing with time and also the bonuses have been next to nothing.
