The pension is fantastic. There is good sick benefits. There is good supervision and good communication. It lacks a good retention policy at this time.

Could be better but flexi time, laptops for agile working and perks at work are a big improvement from a few years ago

subsidised onsite parking at County Hall, priced on your salary band. Unfortunately, only 3 days per week. Onsite cafe, social club, ATM, snack shop.
