    You can buy up to 6 days of holiday annually, private insurance is subsidised, you get employee cash back discounts, product allowance, free shares and discounted shares. Cons: policies are great, but you don't really know where to look, using them ( domestic leave, flexible working, reimbursements) is up to your manager so people in a same role will get completely different treatment depending on their line manager.

    The Diageo benefits package is second to none. Industry leading pension, share options, bonus share if the business performs well and product allowance. Excellent holidays too. It's a huge bonus of working at the company and few others compare.

    Very good Medical and life Insurance and additional benefits/discounts in gyms, cinemas, restaurants. etc. Flexible working in all areas in the company.

    Amazing pension contribution (you pay 6% and company pay 18%!). Can take car payment in cash if want. Selection of flexible benefits that can take in cash or select options - health, buy or sell holiday, health insurance, child car vouchers etc. Annual bonus target varies by level (10-30% generally). At level 3 and above significant share bonus also offered.

    Great holiday allowance with option to purchase more i.e. can buy/sell holiday days. Product allowance twice a year at staff shop also included.
