You can buy up to 6 days of holiday annually, private insurance is subsidised, you get employee cash back discounts, product allowance, free shares and discounted shares. Cons: policies are great, but you don't really know where to look, using them ( domestic leave, flexible working, reimbursements) is up to your manager so people in a same role will get completely different treatment depending on their line manager.
