The fact that they changed the bonus structure in Group and didn't communicate the changes to the employees and the actual bonus until 4 days before the pay date. I think it just shows those in charge of the bonus and pay decisions do not understand the emotional impact that some of these pay decisions have on people. This is absolutely NOT about paying more or less money, it is about treating us like adults and communicating to us in a transparent manner what we can expect to happen when. Yes, it is a variable and discretionary scheme, but it exists, people know they can expect something extra on top of their salary at the end of the financial year, so believe it or not people like to maybe (just MAYBE) plan other elements of their life around it! I love working at D&G but I think this is probably one of the worst experiences I have encountered in all my working life in connection to bonus payments.

Excellent pay, sadly can be taken away from you for something the company does wrong i.e. calls dropping that can ruin your conversion target.
Virtually non existent. The odd love2shop voucher if the decide to be 'nice' that day but that's about it.
The basic salary is very competitive but the bonus structure does not reward sales volume. For people looking for uncapped sales positions I would not recommend this role.
The holidays would be a bonus but unless you book 6 months in advance the chances of you actually getting those holidays are slim to none and when you reach the end of the year and you inevitably have holidays left over, they aren't paid and only roll over to next year in exceptional circumstances.
It's all or nothing - you can be 99.9% to your monthly target and you'll get nothing, but that 0.01% more would get you £340. Just six months ago you could earn up to £1,000 in commission per month but that sort of reward is no more!
There is none now. They have taken bonuses away there ate no incentives. Your like a drone once through those doors. All your life is sucked out of you.
Holiday is quite low for senior roles at 25 days All of the main benefits, including health care, car allowance are good and match the market
