Wide range of benefits to choose
A bit of a mixed bag. Goods: - 10% standard pension contribution if employee contributes 5%. Can go up to 15% if employee contributes 7.5%. - Good work-life balance, pretty chilled culture, free after 5pm or earlier - 25-day leave as a standard - special pricing and discounts across main UK retailers that you get as cash-back and can use elsewhere. About up to 10%. Saves a lot over time. - Can sell and buy up to 5 holidays p.a. - Annual performance-based bonus up to 20%, although this is hardly achievable, most people get 10-15%. Bads: - All other benefits like healthcare, insurance, gym, etc. come at a price. Besides, you can only choose these additional benefits only once a year, so no possibility to alter them. Quite inflexible. - Salary is average. Can get more elsewhere. - Very slow nearly impossible career progressions, especially if you are young and ambitious
