really beneficial especially commission and bonus pay
Manager's basic salary is better than many other employers in this sector however the bonus system is complicated and bias based on store targets. If you dont hit store targets your team will work hard for a flat wage.
nothing bad about the benefits package
You can choose your benefits. The options are broad and include dental cover, gym discount, shopping discounts and more!
75% on your phone plan being discounted and 50% on your tablets/mobile wifi plans is sweet however it comes with caveats. With this, you are expected to join a plethora of groups on this phone line which is continually battered even out of hours. Commission is entirely "uncapped" which is a phrase they use all the time, however is directly correlated to your sales figures and as to which commission structure they use. They change it pretty much yearly and as I've known it, has only gone from bad to worse in that it promotes and gives confidence to stores with large footfall and massive opportunities, but really weakens those stores who do not see very many people. Pension plan is virtually nothing in terms of interest as well, so if you're planning a short stay with the company, I wouldn't bother moving it to the next pension scheme, just cash it out.
Plenty of time off, Amazing discount on pay monthly products.
discounted phone plans, lots of discounts on partner companies, buy and sell holidays
