‘You are constantly challenged on your sick status and very much encouraged to not take any sick days’
Great company culture and benefits, very social and fast paced
The best thing is that if you are paid hourly, you can take as much (unpaid) time off as you like outside of peak periods.
Good experience abroad with lots of international nationalities, creating a melting pot of cultures. A lot of work and expectations from both staff and students.
Usual benefits, pension, private medical healthcare
The in-house massage and the HIIT session were great.
Private health insurance and pension scheme
The Benefit Package at EF is fully comprehensive. There is no negative about it.
EF offers basic statutory benefits only. Employees have to provide a home office including all equipment and wifi. Despite that, the company pays new teachers statutory minimum pay. The company strongly encourages teachers to do online training and other activities beneficial to the company, and most of that is unpaid.
Friendly enough, Team spirit, Weekly day-off.
