So our benefit scheme is a bit different too. When we say benefits to make your own, we mean it. Whether it’s extra holiday, dental cover or gadget insurance, we have something for you. Want to include your partner? You got it. Need a higher level of cover? Choose what you want.

Pension = good Nothing else really
Buy/sell holidays up to 30 days is good. Some basic healthcare provided and cycle to work. Loads of discounts, but no better than what is available through regular cashback sites. Not much in the way of maternity, paternity, sabbatical, and pension contributions meet the minimum required. Improvements are underway around training budgets and career progression.

Best: all company car issues are resolved through hire company. Worst: Losing 2 days of holiday just to bring everyone else into alignment (allegedly, although I would argue it was to save money by docking 2 days holiday from a lot of staff).
