We’re a diverse bunch, from different backgrounds with different needs and different personal situations.
So our benefit scheme is a bit different too. When we say benefits to make your own, we mean it. Whether it’s extra holiday, dental cover or gadget insurance, we have something for you. Want to include your partner? You got it. Need a higher level of cover? Choose what you want.
Benefits include (but aren't limited to!):
in recent years there has been a significant improvement to the benefits offered to staff
There is a 4x payout for life insurance upon your death as standard and 20 days paid sick leave. Also there are reduced cinema tickets available. Beyond this there is little that is worth having or using; they give the standard pension contributions.
There is free fruit, flexible benefits that allow you to buy or sell holiday, medical insurance, dental insurance and a whole host of other benefits. The best part is the flexible working that allows you to choose when you start and gives you the opportunity to work from home if required.
Working hard to improve the benefits package by providing a benefits portal, a little while off some other big companies, trying though.
Standardised across the various divisions and locations
Well structured and understood by all due to transparency. Car allowance option (discretionary for levels 5 upwards). Pension beyond legal minimums.
Buy/sell holidays up to 30 days is good. Some basic healthcare provided and cycle to work. Loads of discounts, but no better than what is available through regular cashback sites. Not much in the way of maternity, paternity, sabbatical, and pension contributions meet the minimum required. Improvements are underway around training budgets and career progression.
Pension = good Nothing else really
Nothing out of the ordinary or exciting
Being standardised over time.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
