    There is a 4x payout for life insurance upon your death as standard and 20 days paid sick leave. Also there are reduced cinema tickets available. Beyond this there is little that is worth having or using; they give the standard pension contributions.

    Hi, please do have a chat with your manager or HR about your benefits. Our pension contributions are above the legal threshold. This year we gave free shares to all with more than 6 month's service, we have above statutory maternity and paternity pay, We provide different levels of health cover and although our standard sick pay is 4 weeks we make exceptions where individuals have long term conditions which require more support.     There is free fruit, flexible benefits that allow you to buy or sell holiday, medical insurance, dental insurance and a whole host of other benefits. The best part is the flexible working that allows you to choose when you start and gives you the opportunity to work from home if required.

    Well structured and understood by all due to transparency. Car allowance option (discretionary for levels 5 upwards). Pension beyond legal minimums.

    Buy/sell holidays up to 30 days is good. Some basic healthcare provided and cycle to work. Loads of discounts, but no better than what is available through regular cashback sites. Not much in the way of maternity, paternity, sabbatical, and pension contributions meet the minimum required. Improvements are underway around training budgets and career progression.
