Team dependent, flexible working can be a thing, once you are qualified it becomes much easier to do. Managers & above tend to endorse this.
Very accomodative to flexible working
Can fit with other personal commitments. People are quite understanding. Even if this is outweighted from long working hours
Improved over time but was really led by the attitude of immediate team superiors
encourage working from home if not necessary to travel for work
Not good. They expect you to complete the work, so extending time is part of the deal.
The benefits are offered to all the employees annually and there are plenty of options to chose from. The firm also has good options such as health insurance / car scheme / bike scheme etc. which are again offered to all.
You can work from home sometimes; also if you have some errands to run;; you can work flexibly during the day
Although it is supposed to work across the firm on a wide basis, seniors and below are frowned upon if using it much.
This is one of the best firms to promote flexible working. However do not expect to work flexibly in your first year of employment.
