‘ Believe this is on par with other similar companies’
Benefits at Edelman have been always really good, including paternity share/leave, work from home, core working hours to accomodate flexible working, healthcare, pension, cycle to work and more
It's good. The benefits are amazing. Food, health insurance, parking, free internet, phone.
Great package and perks. Not so great bonus schemes though
Ok benefits for my level but nothing special. Staff parties were a nice bonus though.
The best thing is that I can see that they've been chosen to enable a healthy lifestyle - from gym membership to digital GP, its obvious that our health is a serious consideration.
I can't think of anything
Very good holiday allowance (as long as you can take them). Outstanding maternity pay once you have been there for four+ years (still good before then, but probably not above what other companies offer).
The package is good and substantial
Best thing is flexible working hours
wide and varied package from travel insurance to sabbaticals, volunteer days, PMI and pension
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
