I can't think of anything
Very good holiday allowance (as long as you can take them). Outstanding maternity pay once you have been there for four+ years (still good before then, but probably not above what other companies offer).
The package is good and substantial
Best thing is flexible working hours
wide and varied package from travel insurance to sabbaticals, volunteer days, PMI and pension
Great benefit package, very competitive. They offer everything you would expect and more. Could be communicated better with the business.
Starbucks coffee, 401k programme, after 5s on a Friday
Perks like extra days off (birthday etc) are good but the salary is poor (very poor when compared to the hours expected of you)
Pay is really really low.
Edelman has a wide range of benefits for all employees. As well as the core basics such as pension, life assurance, PMI, income protection, plus a generous holiday entitlement. There are also a number of non financial benefits such as fruit and toast for breakfast in the morning and a wellbeing programme.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
