Perkbox, sabbatical after 3 years, 3 month paternity/maternity leave and more
Very flexible hours to start/finish your day!
Still growing as a company so no comprehensive package which we are told they are building towards but decent perks which can add value to everyday life. Started a Work Pension where there isn’t too much detail surrounding but these are typical growing pains of a scaling company. Flexible working exists Work from Home is available company wide but the enforcement of it differs from manager to manager which is slowly improving.
Flexi working, great office and lots of investment in staff wellbeing (e.g. team building trips abroad, summer weekend away)
Very strong overall package, bonus, pension, flex working etc
really good benefits scheme, very happy!
Unbelievable, comes from the top down!
Overall a good benefits package
Changes all the time, free breakfast which is cereal, bonuses changed to LTIP's which means you won't get your bonus but spread over 12 months
Flexibility working hours, share options will be offered very soon and you have the option to work from home if you are feeling unwell.
