You have 5 multiple choice days in which you can use your choice days in which they can be left as additional holiday pay if you do not use them. It’s great according to Dan

I never was off sick so I was never paid sick pay but a company of that size I assume would have an appropriate and fair scheme for this

Hate hate hate enterprise. Hubby been signed off sick with stress for 4 weeks after I collapsed and ended up in icu (4th hospital stay in 3 months) & 16 yr old son took a massive paracetamol overdose. He had been commuting just under 3hrs per day to work in Spalding then Boston thus being out of the house upto 14hrs per day on top of looking after me & our 2 youngest aged 6 & 7. He finally broke after we found our son very ill.........to make matters worse they have paid him just over £500 for the month and HR have said he is only entitled to SSP NOT his normal wage despite being a full time employer. They have absolutely broken him and added immense pressure to his stress.......... I DESPISE THAT COMPANY it is enough to makr him swing from the rafters........WE CANNOT EVEN PAY OUR MORTGAGE NOW SO RISK LOSING OUR HOME!!!!!!!
