Benefits package is great. You recieve a £300 Next gift card to help buy smart work clothes (you pay back £250 in £50 monthly installments). You recieve private medical care, a great pensions, 20 holiday days and also 5 choice days, LOTS of opportunity for overtime and staff discount on rentals.
You get good discount on car rentals for family, you get 25 days holiday. There are different events and prizes you can win throughout the year.

Company cars come with only certain higher level managerial jobs or jobs that require a great amount of travel. There was a bike to work scheme in place at some point, but unsure it's still in place.

The benefits are not worth the work. It was very difficult to book any time off work for holidays. If you are ill, they do not believe you and you are ridiculed about it in the office.
