‘Generous benefits from the company’
Sound benefits covering all areas an employee requires
Private Health Care, excellent maternity leave pay, company car, phone, bonus, mental health and well being support via outside company and much more internal fun and reward for results
Company car, literally costs nothing to run!
Enterprise uses Aviva health which has a good health programme, the downside is that you have to pay to add additional dependants and partners.
Hey y’all need help evaluating and gathering ideas for a counter offer. For context I’m a manager 8 YOE at mid tier not big 4, but top 10) firm doing digital transformation consulting. Got an offer from a start up (series D, unicorn) Role: enterprise architecture Base: $155k Equity: $50k over 4 years (1 year Cliff at 25%) 401k: no match This brings TC to $167.5k per year which feels low to me as I was expecting much closer to $200k for TC. I’m ok with the base but equity seems low. Thoughts?
Anyone have experience in EY’s Enterprise Risk Transformation group? Have received an interview as a senior consulta and want to know what to expect and what salary range I should shoot for (in a mid COL city). Also would love to know about the type of projects and work life balance.
Assistant Vice President
Who’s an account executive? It seems like this is an extremely popular and challenging role in sales. Let’s all discuss what we sell, what company we work for, our OTE and if we like our current employer and if we don’t like them what do you wish would change? Let’s specify if we are mid market, enterprise etc. so we can see how the comp compares. Are the goals they set for commission and bonus realistic? I’m an AE as well my title for some reason is taking forever to update.
Amazing benefits for referring employees
Enterprise is a fantastic company to work for. Whilst every employee starts as a trainee, the opportunities you get are endless. No other company offer the development and progression that they have here. It's a fun and friendly environment to work in, with your team helping and challenging one another to succeed. Enterprise is definitely a career and not just a job and it's one I've not looked back on.
Enterprise offers a very versatile benefits package ranging from generous paid leave, which increases with length of service, right through to a contributory pension scheme, which the company adds to annually based on profit performance. Alongside this, there are regular financial incentives in the form of monthly competitions and structured bonus schemes, an employee discount programme for use across all countries we operate in, which is open to friends and family also, as well as many discount programmes on different technology products and holiday providers. As you progress through the business, other benefits become available, such as a company car at branch manager and above, private medical cover (which can be extended to your immediate family / dependents) and enhanced, long term sickness policies. For those looking to start a family, Enterprise offers an incredible maternity, paternity and adoption package, along with a child care voucher scheme and flexible working arrangements. There's a bike to work scheme, a salary sacrifice, retail shopping vouchers scheme, private dental (employee pay) and much, much more.
