Best thing: there is a website that lists every benefit, so its all in one place and clear to see whats on offer to you .
Enterprise offers you the chance to earn an additional £600 every month from day one given your ability to follow the rules and perform with plenty of other perks and days out. You do have to work hard and keep a level head because its a fast pace of work.
The benefits are not worth the work. It was very difficult to book any time off work for holidays. If you are ill, they do not believe you and you are ridiculed about it in the office.
Not that many benefits are provided either than being able to rent a car discounted
Great perks at Enterprise, always encourage you to look after you health. Paid sick leave, 20 Days Holiday with 5 days that you can take if you are sick
Private healthcare with a small excess to pay is a good option to have.
25 days holiday increasing to 30 after 5 years, excellent maternity package and don’t need to pay back if you don’t return, employee, family and friend discount, health insurance for higher level employees, cash plan for lower level, good sick pay after a period of employment depending on what is wrong with you.
You will never get chance to use all of your holiday...guaranteed. In the three years I worked there I didn’t and none of my colleagues did. The pension is poor and not worth contributing in the slightest. The discount you receive for rentals is 5% which when you work there and frequently have to give 30/50/100% off on a daily basis shows how much you are valued.
I haven’t found anything that I’m not happy about with regards to the benefits package. Enterprise are a very generous company to work for
Not sure about many of the aspects of the benefit package. We have a pension plan and paid leave. In general its a fair benefits package.
