The best part is the flexible working - if you need to you can work from home sometimes and if you don’t feel well. As for the other benefits, medical plan is not great doesn’t cover much and the gym membership discount is miniscule, 5% and only for the more expensive gyms.

Good healthcare cover, although I understand that it has recently become less generous in terms of pre-existing conditions. I paid extra to extend cover to my partner- she has been very happy with this benefit. Medicash is a useful top up to the main insurance policy. Company is pretty flexible with working options, however, make sure that you get your preferred options approved first. Pension scheme is with Aviva, and there is no cost advice available on investment options should you need it.
Company pension contributions are 6%, which is quite low. The company is flexible with how work is structure around your life.
