‘Normal UK sick pay ... standard’
‘Occasional work from home opportunity’
No performance incentives Good private healthcare
Lots of benefits available that will suit many people but for others if they are not relevant then they are not much use. A flexible benefits package where you can chose what suits your life stage/life style would be much better.
Standard holiday time, some benefits. They're pretty decent.
Freedom to work at home
Great medical plan, terrible pay and bonus is low.
Medicash is a great benefit as is the health insurance package
On par with others in industry
Flexible working from home or office
The best part is the flexible working - if you need to you can work from home sometimes and if you don’t feel well. As for the other benefits, medical plan is not great doesn’t cover much and the gym membership discount is miniscule, 5% and only for the more expensive gyms.
There is a range of benefits available to employees and the pension contribution is reasonable.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
