Ericsson provides a good overall package of benefits for employees
allowances, perks, pension, flexi working, healthcare,
The overall benefit package at Ericsson-Worldwide makes sense. We a bit of salary sacrifice, critical illness cover are provided and also life insurance. There is flexible working and income protection.
There is a great pension scheme as well as car allowance, which is generous. The work-life balance available to employees is also good.
Really good approach to flexible working. Pension and car allowance generous. Salaries are not the most competitive.
The time off to cope
Not much in terms of salary and benefits are either low or not worth it
Private health insurance was great for me, as I ended up relying on it more heavily that I thought I would. The company car was good, though this has since been removed for new hires.
Very decent package one can expect from a Global Established Company, although the perks depend on your location. Holidays are true holidays. Pension contribution is generous. Bonus is there but only on paper...so don't rely on it.
Pros: Great benefits, allowed to work remotely occasionally, flexible hours, excellent pension contribution, car allowance, work-life balance, nice office environment and equipment including varidesk
