very good benefits packages. Company car and mileage claims. All expense paid. lot of other benefits. cinema discounts, retail discounts, food discounts,superstore discounts.

Amount of time off allocated is pretty decent for the small amount of hours that I worked at the company
The benefits structure if average. We could look to improve on annual holiday days and pension (which is just the standard) However I like our Hapi Benefits portal - money off various retail and travel bookings. The cinema tickets are super cheap.
Some Bonus Schemes have been removed, the privilege of use of company vehicle comes at a cost of salary deduction as well as schemes that are offered, Staff Discount which can almost be matched by the General public online has to be the only main pro however it would be better if the general public prices ie a person that has never used the company has a much larger gap was increased whether it be more staff discount or inscrease public cost price
Bonus is never reachable as they keep making excuses and giving us items to sell at a loss so our margin goes down. Good job

Long hours, working Saturdays, working bank holidays and over worked to an extent that it is too stressful. Management expects the impossible. Perks none.
