Benefits package is very basic at Exclaimer although senior staff seem to enjoy bonuses and share options, most in the company don't.
Good selection of benefits, though there's still room for improvement.

Very supportive of long term illness through sick leave policy.
Plenty of benefits including discounts/cashback for retailers, healthcare, cycle to work etc.
The Benefits are poor and not standardized. Some people get a lot more than others, from holidays to financials.
