Expedia has a range of benefits for staff including money towards travel and health benefits. They expanded this during Covid to cover things like vitamins, school material for children, and home office equipment. They also have a comprehensive health plan including unlimited mental health support.

There are lots of employee perks which come in the form of a flex allowance you can spend on everything from gym gear to childcare vouchers, so you can use the allowance in the best way that works for you. There's also a separate travel allowance.
