You can buy holidays and other things. Worst thing is that you can only adjust these in certain windows.

I am working long enough with Experis to say the following. I am shocked that their rating is average. It should be way below that. No kidding. They do not answer questions, they hardly pick up the phone, and each time you get through to them, they will tell you that they will call back, but they never do! Please do not commit to any business with them, unless you know how to negotiate. I am still waiting for my payment which is two months overdue and I still do not know the reason. This is just an example that happened three times over the last 1 year. They are unprofessional, they have no passion and no commitment towards you. If anyone says something different do not believe them. I guess the ratings and likes are bought by Experis. And also all their offerings on holiday, accounting etc. is a hoax. Do not agree to any of that. The only positve I can say is that they have big clients they working with and that is their only advantage.

Holidays is tenure based, takes a while to accrue 25 days holiday which most companies have as standard, although you can buy holiday. Not a very competitive pension plan, everything else you needed to opt in to.

Very middle of the road, pay above some of their competitors and well below the market leaders.

They give a little money each year towards choosing flexible benefits incl. dental, private medical, childcare vouchers, etc. Pension scheme with Aviva - we put in 4% and they put in 4% too.

Can be generous but restrictive at the upper brackets for those within key accounts. Uncapped for New business for those with the ability to succeed.

Pros - the benefits improve the longer you stay with the company and you can buy additional holiday. Cons - the benefits are not great when you start (e.g. 22 days leave) and not all of the benefits are completely transparent before joining. Maternity leave is mentioned but there is no detail on the scheme prior to starting (8 weeks paid leave after 2 years).
