Pros - the benefits improve the longer you stay with the company and you can buy additional holiday. Cons - the benefits are not great when you start (e.g. 22 days leave) and not all of the benefits are completely transparent before joining. Maternity leave is mentioned but there is no detail on the scheme prior to starting (8 weeks paid leave after 2 years).
