    Very quarterly focussed commission plan that no longer has de-celerators, with strong kickers for over achievement on a quarterly basis. Means can earn you annual OTE without neccessarily hitting your annual number.

    They try to keep your base salary low. If you perform well, you are compensated with RSU. No much base salary increase even if you are performing very well. Negotiate when you join, otherwise your base salary would still remain low level, even after performing superb for a few consecutive years.

    Flex benefits were very good. Only issue was that you could only carry forward a set number of days and there was a use or lose policy. Apart from that, benefits were great.

    Individual contributors get a grand to spend on whatever benefits they want. You can pick childcare vouchers, gym membership, PMI, extra pension, whatever. While they offer a lot of items on the menu, the £1k goes fast. The package is OK, but definitely not industry-leading.
