you get to have a company car
Company car, although expensive compared to other OEMS
Company car comes very expensive for new employees
Private health care is available.
company car no coffee/tea/ milk provided
- Company car. Benefit split into 4 categories, from 1% monthly payment to Board member having two + cars option. Worse car scheme in UK of all car manufacturers, where it may be cheaper to lease car elsewhere, especially if you are at the lowest level of car benefit structure. Not much choice either, company enforces you taking what old stock, not what you need (and you still have to pay for this 'privilege'). - Annual bonus. Pay % based on totally subjective criteria and completely non-transparent, hideous, waste of time, last minute input from your line manager. - Child Care vouchers - Rest. No Cycle to Work scheme, some small benefits of dubious value. - Training, career progression, etc. non existent due to lack of HR engagement.
The benefits are average in the market
Encashable company car & health insurance schemes
company car is the only and the best thing you will get
Terrible company car scheme considering they are a manufacturer.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
