Reward and benefits

We offer a comprehensive and competitive total reward package, an annual bonus scheme based on your achievements, and flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needs. These include:

  • A minimum of 25 days annual leave
  • A non-contributory pension offering between 6% to 12% contributions
  • Private health and life insurance as standard
  • A flexible benefits allowance annually to spend on the benefits that you choose including additional annual leave, travel insurance, dental cover, childcare vouchers and the opportunity to add partners and dependent children to your policies.

    The benefits are pretty standard for city, but it's not outstanding. No car allowance and no dental insurance. There is the option to buy extra holiday.
