    Little Annual Leave. Only 20 days plus bank holidays

    Yes you get paid for your annual, however most clients will offer 25% - 50% more leave than FDM

    The worst thing about the annual leave is that it Is not enough for the year, so that needs to change

    Not bad. 20 days with an additional day accrued for each year's service. The only issue being that even when accruing additional days, only the first 20 are paid at full rate. Additional days are paid at basic salary only.
