Very little contribution in comparison to the clients that you'll be placed it. FDM don't seem to want to invest in your further than the 2 years that you're contracted to stay with them.
Poor for such a large company. Employee pays 5%, employer pays 4% in to an Aviva pension. This is based only on basic rate salary, which is very low as a very large proportion of pay is classed as a performance bonus.
This plan is quite reassuring
Best thing: It goes out automatically, don't have to double check it.
