Overall benefits are great, salary, stocks, bonuses, food, office. Just one thing , there is a big salary difference between US and Europe, this feels a bit bad. I think it would be great to leverage that.
The best think i can think of right now is the free food
Family care and possibility to work from home
Loads of great perks at Facebook. From big stuff like share options and schemes all the way down to paying for travel and incentives for cycling. Big focus on health and wellbeing...lots of good things to eat
The food and events are incredible
Overall good benefits! Comprehensive package of benefits but the gym allowance could be better for London especially as it is expensive
Best: 7% pension if you contribute 4% Worst: travel allowance is not accounted directly, you need to submit receipts
They have the BFF program(not in all offices), which allows you to expense up to 25 pounds per person for activities with at least 3 other employees (restaurants, movies, sporting activities etc).
Tell us about? Well, very good benefits indeed, it was very interesting all we got there, I was quite happy I would say, I guess.
Flexible working hours, amazing offices, free food and snacks, great working environment, pension, travel reimbursement, gym allowances and more.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
